Border: one step for what lies around the art 54e87887a7

Outline and Margins answered the same questions (where the cut is, what is printed between the
art and the cut) in two overlapping steps. They become a single Border step: a rectangle of paper
or a contour around the silhouette, one fill for both (color, edges, soft, mirror for
rectangles), an inner line, and the ground gap down to the fold. Its settings have a global
default and per-mini overrides (`borderOf`), replacing `margins`, `bgColor`, `bgColorBackside`
and `outline`. The mini settings show one Border section instead of Outline, Paper and the back
color.

Border: contour and line around the art only for art with a silhouette 095ce82597

Art without a silhouette has nothing for a contour to go around: a contour border falls back to
the rectangle, with its paper and without the line around the art, and the fields hide both.
