A "Cut marks" choice in the print settings: printed lines to cut by hand, as before, or a cut
layer. With the cut layer nothing is printed for the cuts and folds: the PDF puts the art, the
cuts and the folds on their own layers, the cuts and folds stroked as hairlines in spot colors
(CutContour and Crease by default, named in the settings), overprinted. A Bleed step, last of the
chain, prints the art past every cut (2 mm by default), and gives every piece a cut mask, so
rectangles are cut on their edge too. The preview shows the cuts in magenta and the folds in
cyan, and the download toast says on which layers they are.

The download goes through `downloadFile`, for the cut files to come.

A third "Cut marks" choice, for the cutters that do not read a PDF's layers (Cricut, Silhouette's
basic edition, Brother, lasers): the PDF prints the art alone, with its bleed, and each sheet's
front comes with an SVG and a DXF (R12) in millimeters, of the same size and origin as the PDF
page. The cuts are red on a CUT layer, the folds blue on a CREASE one; a piece's holes are cut
before its outline. Both are written from the page plan, the PDF cut layer reading the same
paths (`parsePolylines`).
