The print preview and the PDF each placed the minis, chose their cut lines (contour or
rectangle, whole or back only, mirrored on a back side) and drew the ruler. planPage now turns
a page into items in their frames (images, texts, cut lines, the ruler), and both workers only
translate them, so a cut file can be one more renderer. The cut and fold line style is shared in
utils/cut-style.ts.

The preview is pixel-identical. In the PDF the images are at the same place; a quarter turn is
now written exactly, without the 1e-14 skew pdf-lib's rotation left.
